In this week’s post, I am excited to introduce you to a new state-of-the-art Sarasota dental clinic and an amazing team of expert dental professionals.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you will be greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will certainly put you at ease. Julia Pavlova, a treatment coordinator is a friendly voice of Modern Smile Design and one of the most amiable and pleasant individuals I have ever encountered. The modern waiting room features comfortable seating and plenty of natural light, creating a relaxing and an inviting and stress-free environment for the patients.
Dr Olga Dontsova and Dr Victor Khlevnoy have 46 years of combined clinical experience and they both served over 10,000 happy patients. They recently moved their dental practice from Pacific Northwest to Sarasota, FL and opened Modern Smile Design, a Digital Smile Design Certified Dental Practice and certified Providers of Platinum Invisalign and Fotona Laser.
At Modern Smile Design, the word design is not only a part of the name, but it is also a part of their DNA.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a third generation of Dentists in my family and opening a Dental Office was very natural for me!
When was the business founded?
I established my first Dental Office in 1996.
What is your business slogan or motto?
Progress is Happiness!
What makes your business unique?
We are a private office, but we provide very wide range of services!
What product/services do you offer?
General and Restorative Dentistry (Veneers, Inlays & Onlays, Crowns and Bridges, Root canal therapy, Dental fillings), Gum disease treatment, Digital Smile Design, Implants, Teeth Whitening, Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics (Invisalign), Laser Dentistry, Facial Aesthetics, Injectables and Cosmetology!
What inspires your work and what sets you apart from everyone else?
I am very passionate to create the best version of every patient, who would like the magic to happen!
What has been your biggest success to date?
My biggest success, is to see grateful patients, and that what makes me happy every time!
What has been your biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge was to move to Florida and start all over after 27 years in Portland, Oregon.
If you could go back to the beginning knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently?
I would do it again!
What’s your best advice for someone who wants to start a business?
Help other people, and they will help you, when you need help!
What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
I dance ballroom!
What do you love the most about Sarasota?
I love ocean with its white beaches and sunsets, and amazing birds, and even turtles!
If I had an extra $100,000, I would….
If I would have extra 100K , I would buy more equipment.
Favorite restaurants in town
We like to eat at home, but I like Greek food, and there is Blue Koozina, which I find authentic.
How do you define success?
Success is , when everyone around me is happy and grateful, and I am fulfilled!
What’s the next step for your business?
I just signed the lease for the expansion, so next step is more patients to see and more people to make happy! My goal is infinite to serve and help people
